Little Bao
Welcome back to Why Not Burgers! It had been a stressful week aka midterm!! But trust me, burgers could make everyone feel better! This week on my blog, it is not ordinary burger but Chinese style burger. Have you ever tried streamed bun? and imagine that streamed bun is a burger bun.
Little Bao is located at 72 Courtyard, Thonglor, and it is located on the ground floor. If you see an iconic baby red face, yep that's the restaurant. They have four bao burger menus and I ordered Pork Belly since it is their recommended menu. Pork belly bao consist of, of course pork belly, shiso leek, sesame dressing and hoisin ketchup. The price is 260 baht and there is no any sides. Moreover, the size of the bao is not big but I think it came in the right portion that can make me full.
Gotta admit that their belly pork was so delicious and I loved it so much. Unfortunately, they gave only three pieces of the pork :( Anyway, one of their staffs told us that you should use your hands to eat in order to get the better taste. However, we decided to use fork and knife since the bao was juicy.
Surprisingly, the consistency of all ingredients went well together. How did Chinese style pork belly and ketchup
Overall, I would give 4.5 out of 5 since I was very impressed with the pork and the softness of the bao! because the softness is the sae as streamed buns.
72 Courtyard is at Sukhumvit Soi 55 or Thonglor. It offers you with parking space but you must stamp your parking card with the restaurant you willing to eat.
