Hungry? Why Not Burgers? !

Full Moon Cafe

Burgers I reviewed on previous posts were all from restaurants. However this week, it's gonna be from a food truck. Food trucks are so popular in Bangkok these days since it is easy for people to buy food and it is fast. You can spot food trucks especially at the markets such as Artbox. Anyway, most food that food trucks sell are burgers, hotdogs, sausages etc. But if you are thinking about burgers from food trucks, you'll think of Mother Trucker. But that's not gonna be a burger food truck that I'm gonna review for this post. Well, actually, there are so many burger food trucks but the one that I chose for this post is Full Moon Cafe.

The only reason I chose Full Moon Cafe because of its mac and cheese burger. I've always seen tweets tweeting pictures of mac and cheese burgers and I didn't know where could I find it in Bangkok. But today, my dream came true.

Basically, mac and cheese burger from Full Moon Cafe has 2 options to choose, either pork (150 baht) or beef (200 baht). I chose pork since I don't really eat beef. My first impression when my burger was served was the amount of mac and cheese they gave me. In fact, it was too much :')
To be honest, this menu is not suitable for people who are on diet. LOOK HOW FAT IT IS. Anyway, the taste of mac and cheese itself was fine and it was creamy as well.

For the pork, I really liked it though because the taste was similar to steak. I could smell the scent of pepper while eating the pork. The consistency of chopped onion, that was on top of the pork, and pork was really good together. Moreover, I really need to say that the bun was big and thick. Not only the bun is thick but also the pork.

Overall, I would give 3.5 out of 5. For the price, it was worth my money but it was a little disappointed that they didn't have a side like fries to serve with the burger. For mac and cheese, as i said that it was too much so I didn't finish it because it was greasy.
