Mint Cafe by Peppermintfield

Have you ever tried charcoal bun before? Or have you ever seen charcoal bun? This week on Why Not Burgers, will introduce a burger menu from Mint Cafe by Peppermintfield which the bun is not an ordinary burger bun. First of all, this restaurant is suitable for family since the restaurant is located in Peppermint Bike Park (Biking venue). Therefore, after biking with family, why not recharge energy by eating burgers?

Mint cafe has three burger menus: seabass burger, rosemary chicken burger and beef .
I went for Rosemary chicken burger since it had a recommend icon on the menu. Yes, I trusted the icon. The burger's fillings had chicken breast marinated with cheddar & parmesan cheese, rosemary and onion. was served with potato wedges and coleslaw. Moreover, it also came with two sides: potato wedges and coleslaw. I really need to say that if you are really hungry and really want to eat burger, please change your mind and order something else. Why? it took 20 minutes making it! but it did say beside the recommend icon though. Luckily, I wan't hungry so I could wait. This menu cost 185 baht which it isn't expensive at all with two sides included.

As you can see from the picture above, it is so juicy and oily. The cheese went well with the chicken which I was really impressed. The chicken was so tense and soft. Moreover, the bun was delicious if you ask me because of the amount of the butter they put on the bun I guess.

Overall, I would give this menu 3 out of 5. The reason for this is because I believed that the charcoal bun wasn't the real charcoal bun. Also, I really believed that they put colour into the bun which it wasn't the best thing :/ But the price and amount they gave were a YES for me.
